The vibe speaks to me. I have been buying anime buttons, shirts and jackets from here for years. They always have a good selection.
I would give it a 4 its great in all i feel like it didnt really have anything thing it ran out of almost everything
I had ordered a Disney sweatshirt and it came as a shirt. I called and I got a refund and the money in my account to get a new one. But it still came as a shirt. So of course I called again and apparently the ID# was wrong. But Diana in customer service spoke to me and told me that she would get the company to change the ID# and about a week later she takes the time to call me and tell me that the problem is fixed and a sweatshirt is on the way to my house. I’ve dealt with customer service a lot but Diana in customer service is absolutely the best. Hot Topic has always been one of my favorite stores but going above and beyond like this makes them the best.
My girl got tons of stuff with lots of hot topic cash for the next time.
I think this place has lots of cool stuff and the T-shirt selection is pretty awesome but the reason I give it three stars is because it's way overpriced
