Our family was satisfied as we all had to deal with Covid! Carolina group was very compassionate and as helpful as possible. They were great in 2008 whenever the death occurred. I wasn’t able to pay for a headstone and have just recently been able to d so. I paid it off in June and no one will call me back. I understand people are dying but the lack of customer service is atrocious. I don’t even need to come in to finish it. All I want is her name and date of birth.
Carolina Funeral Home made a difficult time just a bit easier when my Father passed. They handled him with dignity and Andy, the gentleman that picked him up placed a flag over him because he was a veteran. The cremation was prompt and we were able to take him home to Michigan.
We couldn't have asked for a better memorial for our mother Victoria Todd. Thank you.
I would not consider any other place to handle my final arrangements with anyone else because of the High standard that Carolina memorial gardens has always show me and my family this time with my mother an in the past with other family members of my family in the past. your staff an personnel are some of the finest in south Carolina. Andy, Melony and Tamara Pat, and Anastasia and the others that helped us in our time of need are first class
