Let’s talk about boats for a minute.nnYou went out and bought you a boat and all you can think about is all the fun you are going to have with your friends and family on the water.nnThat’s your first mistake, you bought a boat. Did you think about the other costs? Insurance, gas (a lot of gas), oil, maintenance, batteries, Coast Guard equipment, tires for the trailer! This isn’t all but you get the idea, it’s not as cheap as you think.nnYes your friends and family will love you. AFTER you put the boat in the water and pick them up. As long as YOU provide them with beverages and refreshments. As long as YOU don’t mind pulling their screaming brats all over the lake in a tube or watching them spill stuff all over your new boat. And when the day is done they are through. It’s up to you to load the boat and haul it home and put it away.nnYep, that was your first mistake, but not your biggest!nnYour second and biggest mistake is not taking your boat to Midway Marine for repairs or service. They are simply the best around. And yes, that is my opinion. However, I have been around boats for about 50 years and I have been driving boats for probably 40+ years so remember that when you read my opinion. I have had more people work on my boats through the years than I care to think about but my search is over.nnBob, Vicki and the boys there are amazing at what they do and they really can do it all! Vicki is going to provide you with the absolute best customer service you will ever receive. And Bob can and is going to fix anything wrong with your boat. And if you are not satisfied then he isn’t satisfied.nnNow it’s easy to talk about how great Bob and the boys are when it comes to fixing boats. Every mechanic is going to tell you he is good. And tell you about how good his customer service is and what all he can do and how cheap he is when it comes to cost. And everyone at Midway Marine is all that and more. But the ONE thing that no one else can say is how good of a person he is and that is what sets everyone at Midway Marine above and beyond everyone else. They are more than just good people, they are great people!nnNow, you are still going to make your first mistake and that’s okay. But please, please don’t make the second mistake! Take your boat to Midway Marine and let Bob, Vicki and the boys take care of all your needs. They are the best!nnAnd thank you for listening!
