I have been trying to contact them for over a week now. I have found a place to live after being between homes for 5 months. I walk down from my new apartment which is well over a mile in 60 degrees weather yesterday. Walk in only to be greeted by a woman who couldn't bother to step away from her desk. Only to tell me they don't have any funds as of that morning.... My question is of the days that I called last Friday a week exactly you couldn't call me? And don't give me the we didn't get to your call because the woman said are you the guy who KEEPS calling us? ( meaning she's heard my voice not once or twice but everyday that I have called) not acceptable. I understand this is a charity and it's not mandate... But at least call the people in need that are reaching out so we can try to find BETTER resources and not be wondering if on Monday morning am I going to still have my power on? I hope it's warm Monday in November
