Bought a Serta mattress today from John. We did everything over the phone and he was great to work with! He was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Can't review the mattress yet. But will give an update once we get it and sleep on it a few weeks! But great experience with the purchase!

I could not believe how much help we received when buying our new mattress. The sales man was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to help us make our decision for a long term investment based on our needs and financial situation. He encouraged us to go home and sleep on our current mattress with key things in mind to really understand what was important for us and our needs. When returning to the store he remembered us and helped select the mattress we needed while staying in our budget.
John is great to work with. Sale pricing and the 120 nights trial offer exceeded expectations. Looking forward to the arrival of our order so we can add a great degree of comfort to our sleep.
