WE TRIED GETTING A REFRIGERATOR FROM HOME DEPOT, BUT THEY KEPT BACKING OFF THE DELIVERY DATE, AND AFTER 6 WEEKS OF WAITING WE CANCELLED. FOUND A GREAT GREAT KENMORE AT SEARS IN MUSKOGEE, THEY SHOWED A DELIVERY TIME OF 3 DAYS. NOT ONLY DID THEY DELIVER IN 3 DAYS BUT GAVE US A 2 HOUR WINDOW. THE DRIVER KEPT US UP TO DATE AND THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB UNBOXING AND SETTING IT UP IN OUR GARAGE. GREAT JOB SEARS, WE'LL DO BUSINESS WITH YOU ON OUR NEXT APPLIANCE PURCHASE.
Owner was very cool and took care of what we needed. We will need more Sears products in the future and won't need to travel any further than Muskogee. Great job.
Refrigerator quit so needed one asap. Found one I liked. Good price. However, free delivery is not offered unless we used Sears credit, which I felt was pressure to open an account. The door opened on the wrong side. I asked if they could change it. She seemed hesitant. I did not realize that it is usually a charge. When we arrived to pick up fridge, the door was changed and wrapped in cling wrap. Very happy. We got it home and installed in good shape. As stated, the Sears website stated that delivery is available and did not mention a charge. We were told that this small store was not doing any delivery due to safety concerns. Overall pleased
Sears Hometown in Muskogee is the best place to buy your tools, lawn and garden, and appliances! The owners are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
The owners were extremely helpful, and answered all of our questions about the products we purchased. The store is clean and well organized, and the products are top notch. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances, beds, tools, or lawn care equipment. My only regret is that five stars is the most I can give!
