GREAT !nNancy ,she is very nice ,good lady and kind to us. Even though we don't speak the same languages, but she tried to explain and help us lot.nNow , i got all things that i need, done my dad's paperwork as well.Worth it to drove all the way from Broken Arrow,on that thay was not very long wait.People there was nice, always smiling.nThank you all of you :)

After spending last past few days on hold for hours using the main number, I came across the review on line for Muskogee's office. Not only did they pick up in under 20 seconds, they actually cared about getting issue resolved!!!

After Contacting the Tahlequah office for 2 weeks straightGetting the runaround,I made one phone call to the Muskogee officeAnd in 5 minutesThey had the problem fixed.Bailey West is a miracle worker.

While I didn't wait long to be seen, absolutely no help was given. I was told one thing and the opposite turned out to be true. When I made it home and realized the problem wasn't fixed like the woman told me, I immediately called and was told to go back up there... To do the exact same thing all over again
