We were there super late and were unable to get a room online, so our only choice was to get the walk-in price or the telephone price. I had a hard time justifying paying for a room for just a few hours. Luckily the lady working was very kind and understanding and gave us a great rate and even allowed for late check out at no additional charge. Because of the customer service here from her, we'll be back.

Very nice rooms!!! Will definitely go again. Staff is amazing but you have to have 100 deposit for each room

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was nice. The only negative was I could hear the traffic from the hwy and people going in and out of their rooms.

Made a reservation with this hotel for one night, thank God. Upon arrival it seemed ok. Had an issue with the original room we were in and we were moved without hesitation. Both rooms we had been in had hole in the bathroom door and appeared to have been somewhat cleaned. The halls leading to the rooms were disgusting and appeared to have not been vacuumed in quite some time. That evening we got ready for bed and laid down. As we watched TV a cockroach crawls across the side table and across my phone. Needless to say that made me quite uncomfortable. This could be a nice place if they took the time to clean it. I won’t be back. Tread lightly if you plan on staying here.

The bed was very comfortable but the room really needs a big make over !! The chair was absolutely filthy ud83dude21 the desk was about to fall apart there was a hole in the bathroom door and a hole in the closet door that had been patched. The drapery was dirty and the towels were child size !!!! The floors and bathroom were clean and there wasn't any bugs THANK GOODNESS !! And the lobby was so very WELCOMING ! and the staff was very polite and accommodating .
