You know I gotta be really mad to leave a 1 star let alone upload a picture. But they seriously have 0 clue how to roll wraps. I go there all the time, and there’s a 1/10 chance I get an actual wrap that doesn’t have the chicken literally outside the wrap. Not to mention they leave both sides open, so you better not eat it in your car or you’ll be wearing your lunch. The irony is, that’s Sonics entire Philosophy considering they’re a drive-in. Do better, train your employees on how to roll burritos and wraps. Ya’ll are getting as bad as McDonald’s ud83eudd21
I worked here for years, of course I love sonic. I still love a cheeseburger with tater tots and cheese sticks on it
New building need new employees twice order was wrong same visit
Fast and friendly. Food was good. Got my order right. ud83dude01
Unfortunately a bad experience. First burger made wrong, second attempt made wrong, third was forgotten about for 15 min. The only thing that salvaged this visit was the manager on duty came out and made sure it was corrected and apologized. The staff did apologize as well and they did handle it pretty well even though I was frustrated. Food was good and fresh once I got it corrected.
