The waiting is so long that you’re basically going to feel better once you’re called because of how slow things are. Not sure if it’s their system or the lack of enthusiasm from their workers where they would just clock in and wait to clock out but it just feels redundant when you’re starting to feel better after 4-5 hours of waiting. Built two hospitals and will still spent the most of your time in the lobby. Just going to stick with Claremore. At least you’d be able to get something to eat after the visit and not come out to everything closed.

My mom and I have had wonderful care and service at Hastings urgent care, ER, primary care, PT, optometry, audiology, and pharmacy.nNO complaints. Only good things to say about their services!!

So busy virtue signaling they can't do business. People straggling in to work at 9-10 am. Wish I'd had it like that.

I have been going for over 20 years and all three of my children born there by midwife or Drs and my household goes there for everything we have never had a bad experience and have been treated nice. We have never been there That long unless we were a drop in and so we expected to have to wait longer that day. The staff has seen my children grow up. Now treating their children too.
