My wife signed, WRONG DECISION.nnDO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES!!! No services received and still charging! Ideal Image actually took the payment BEFORE an appointment was even scheduled. She still has not received a call for an appointment.nnThe presentation is intriguing, which makes them go through the contract super fast. When it’s time to sign, you are not given any of fine details. NO MENTION OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY AT ALL. Ashley Kaplan seemed trustworthy but now we see that’s just a sales position and she does just that! She never mentioned it, just cheer you on. So glad that my wife recorded the call.nnHow can you charge and nothing has been done? That’s stealing!
Today's appointment (2/2) was the first thorough laser hair removal session that I've had. New tech really took her time which made me realize the others raced through the previous appointments. The costs is expensive so it ticked me off that I just realized I had been receiving subpar service. I will provide an update once I am through all my treatments. Hopefully this new tech will provide the great service I received today throughout the remainder of my treatments.
I visited the Durham office at Ideal Image and was so pleased with the treatment I received from the time I stepped into the door until I left the building. The receptionist was very professional and Savanna was great at giving me my treatment. I highly recommend her for any services you may need . Very professional! I am beyond pleased !!!! Go see Savanna!
I had a very good experience with Julia today. She took the time to make sure I agreed with the treatment area she had marked. She asked me frequently if I was ok in regards to my tolerance to the laser. She is very professional.nnI must say, Ideal Image laser hair removal treatment is an awesome buy, but whether or not you like what you buy may depend on who does your treatment. I’ve had at least 7 or more treatments, and today was my first time with Julia. She was by far one of my favorite. Thanks so much Julia!
Nurse Julia was AWESOME. She was extremely nice and comforting while being professional and answering all of my many questions lol. She took excellent care of me, I hope to have her again in the future. The front desk staff are very professional also and very nice, especially the man I'm unsure of his name. I love this place!
