Love Dr Finn and all the staff. I live in Raleigh and they are totally worth the drive to Chapel Hill. There is no hard sell and Dr Finn is an expert at looking at your face and recommending just what you need to look beautiful and nothing more. He does all the injections himself with a light hand and an artist's touch.

Absolutely amazing experience all around with Dr. Finn and staff at Finn Plastic Surgery!! Dr. Finn was by far the clear choice for my rhinoplasty in 2018, after consults with several other surgeons in the triangle. This was a procedure I had considered for many years, and I could not have put my trust in a better person. Dr. Finn is so kind and gentle, while also having a superb eye for aesthetics. Everyone in the office made each step of the process easy, and made me feel welcome. The results are exactly what is best for me, and I am so SO glad I made this decision.
