From the moment of my initial consult, to surgery, to post surgery follow up - Dr. Ruff, Kristie, RN, and the rest of Dr. Ruff’s staff were completely professional and personable. I had a rather large mole removed from the right side of my nose and he did a phenomenal job! No scarring, completely up front and straight forward regarding the procedure, and prompt on the day of the procedure. He and Kristie made sure I was comfortable through out the entire procedure. I even returned for Botox and I felt confident and comfortable in Kristie’s nursing skills and professionalism during this as well. Absolutely love this group!

Dr. Ruff is one of the best plastic surgeons in NC. Professional, knowledgeable and innovative, he developed a new and unique process called the micro lift. It is the perfect solution for those who do need a full face lift. The procedure takes about two and half hours and the down time is between 1-2 weeks.

I came for ear lobe repair as my ear split by earring getting caught. I had referral at UNC and it was going to be 2 months just to get consult. I found Dr Ruff on google and everything was Excellent experience! He got me in for appointment in one week to do consult and procedure together ! It was quick and easy procedure and had great results with outcome ! My ear healed very well ! He was so friendly and so was his entire staff ! Highly recommend !
