We’ve had multiple dealings with the pharmacy. They seem to not have any idea what’s going on. They don’t pay attention to lines amassing outside their windows nor do they know how to use their computer systems. We have always had to return for pickup because they seem to never be able to fill the prescription until a later date. The most recent case was a script we haven’t filled in almost 2 years. Yet, when we call to fill, they say it was filled last week. Good one. Maybe pay attention and do better. Unacceptable.
Not very impressed. I came here to use a good rx coupon and ended up paying more than my usual pharmacy and they tried to say the partial refill I had left didn't exist when the bottle I had clearly said partial refill remains and the date was almost a year out in which it was valid. Obviously there's a bit more detail to all of it but thats the short version and helps people avoid pulling their hair out.
I have been to this pharmacy many times. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. They have been patient and kind even when I decide to use the goodRx discount card instead of my insurance.
Iv'e had nothing but great service at this pharmacy and have liked every one of the Pharmacists! They've helped me a lot!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They always screw up my orders, yell at me for not telling them I have a coupon when I drop off the prescription, which I did always. They are always out of my medicine. Their customer service is the worst. They always act like I'm a bother, and it's not just me. My wife and son have the same problems with them. The only reason I go there is because they are closest to my house. I'm finished with them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
