Terrible experience!! Big talker but horrible carpet. Installers stole items from my home. Pearson returned most of things but still a very bad thing. Carpet stretched and buckled. Finally they came to restretch. After two times they couldn't do any more. I finally hired another carpet installer to come in. He was able to fix the mess Pearson left me with. He said he had never seen a more terrible job of installation. Pearson ignored my calls for months. Other guy fixed everything the next day after I contacted him.
