Horrible experience. Had them to cut a rug down and rebind it. The binding is cheap and doesn't cover the cut well at all. The sewing is sloppy. Asked the owner to correct it. Sent pictures to them with no response. I will have to pay to have it done again correctly somewhere else. I do not recommend this company!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy...Tim has an ego problem and Nikki has a very bad temper and attitude they have no customer service skills and the place is a junkyard needs to be cleaned up...its very nasty...they don't do whatever they agreed to do and do whatever they want to do and expect you to pay for something that you didn't agreed to and then get mad about it smh 2020 has shown me the devil in the flesh now I have to go to someone else to get what I agreed to be done and it's gonna cost the same amount that I already paid but Karma has no friends or family
