Their prices are high. The furniture is cheap soft wood frames. The dressers looked like fake wood. Worse, no individuality or creativity in any of the pieces. Just muted tones of beige and grey. Half the nailheaded pieces, the the heads were not even in a straight line.nEnded up buying somewhere else. Just not a fashionable choice.nMy biggest beef though is if you are going to sell poor quality craftsmanship at least charge fair prices.
The sales person lied to me. I bought a sectional and told the sales person I wanted the exact floor model that had two consoles and was told that I would get the exact floor model. I didn't receive what I was told that I would. I only got one console and was told that it would cost me more money for it. When it was suppose to be already in the bill. Witch wasn't. Watch what you order because they will lie to you.

Excellent customer service! John was extremely knowledgeable on every mattress in the store. He let me try them all out and told me to stay as long as I wanted. Super friendly staff and I feel great about my purchase! Will be using them from now on!
