We have had a hot tub in the past. When covid19 hit we decided to get one for our new home. A co-worker recommended Aspen Spas who manufacture locally in St Louis. I can't say enough about how smooth our purchase has been. From the fabulous showroom, the no pressure sales, the accurate wait time and on time delivery, installation. Chris and Chad took the time to answer all our questions about chemicals and how to care for our unit. Thanks, guys! We recommend Aspen Spas 100%!

Aspen Spas had excellent customer service skills. They explained every model what customization we could get and did not try and sell us on the top of the line spa. Dan was great about narrowing down which model that would best suit our needs and we ended up getting the model we wanted that day.nInstallation was a breeze and the installation guys were courteous informative and very professional even in the freezing cold.nHighly recommend them

Excellent customer service from the first time we called, to our visit at the store, and the delivery and set-up of our spa. We had visited at least 5 other stores when shopping for a hot tub but never received the outstanding level of service we have received at Aspen. Everything we were told in the process (especially date of delivery) was 100% accurate. [We had originally ordered a hot tub from another dealer in the St Louis area and were told the spa would be delivered in 3 months. When we reached out to that store at the 3-month date to check on delivery, we were told it would be an additional 6 months before delivery]. Delivery and set-up was awesome! We originally visited the store on a Saturday and are going back today for the free chemical class!

We've had our hot tub for a month now and everything has been great. Everyone we dealt with was easygoing and knowledgeable. Good info, good delivery, good all around.
