It is what it is. Best spa in the midwest area.. But the check in process is soooo slow. Need to add another window or something. You can wait like 30 min to get in
No diversity staff members and one of the staff members allowed someone to take money out of my wallet that was in a locker and then say to me your responsible for my keys and that my responsibility and I said i just call the cops and you said who cares but you want to be petty like a little kid. So on Monday i will personally pull up and talking to your mangerment about you behavior and to be more petty cop will be called on that Monday so that they can see them on camera steal it.
Called this place as we left town because I left my ID at home but had both side's on my phone and was told that would work. Drove 3.5 hours and the guy said they only accept hard copy of ID's. The absolute worst experience.
Havent been since covid but was one of the best places in stl. Huge update to the dark room looks amazing
This is a very comfortable and open place for gay men. The hot tub and steam room are relaxing. During the summer they have an outdoor pool with pool parties on Sunday. Lots of room to enjoy your time on the property and the amenities it has to offer. Saint Louis is lucky to have a place like The Club that continues to improve its physical location.
