We had went to buy an air conditioner/heating window unit. The one we got rang up way more than what the sticker said. However they marked it down because it was in the wrong spot and the actual sticker for that product wasn’t even on the shelf. Cindy was very helpful on getting someone to check it before marking it down for us. We always have great service when we go there.
Easy to find what you are looking for. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of their departments. I enjoyed my visit.
Lowe's did a poor job this evening with minimal staff, carts not available and poor customer service. Lowe's we know and have seen you do better, get with game. Community needs you to have your materials and staff together.
I needed a washer and dryer fast, so I purchased from this Lowe's since they said I could get it delivered and installed within 48 hours. They sent a deliveryman who apparently is notorious for being lazy, so he stood around while the other delivered it. Neither of them installed it... So I had them send someone else to install it the next day. Then turns out the dryer was defective. So I had to wait several days for another one too be delivered. That deliveryman was very defensive and accused us that the issue was with our house electrical and not the dryer. Well he was wrong because the replacement dryer works just fine. HORRIBLE DELIVERY WORK. The one redeeming quality was that customer service helped me get a refund on unneeded accessories that I paid for but weren't ever brought by the deliveryman, which was difficult for them to sort out.
We went in to get custom counter top and cabinet. We couldn't get anyone to help us. We found one younger man that tried but he didn't work in the department. We thanked him for trying. We left without anything.
