Hilton St. Louis Downtown at the Arch

Truly enjoyed our stay. Tim at check in was very friendly and welcoming. Room felt a bit tight when walking in, overall the room was clean. Beds were real nice and comfortable. Parking is across the street and you receive a red card with in and out privileges. Arch is within walking distance, many restaurants to pick from. Very conveniently located so that was excellent. Parking fee allows you to stay until 5pm the day of checking out which worked out great for us. We checked out early morning and walked around town with no worries of needing to drive around. Had a minor issue with billing however a simple call into it and it was corrected by Dan, property manager. Truly appreciated that.

Although this hotel is a bit dated, the staff is excellent and the service is superb. They do a great job with what they have to work with. Even with it being dated, the rooms and the hotel is very clean and very safe. The location is fantastic and it is within walking distance to area restaurants and attractions. The parking is very convenient and we had no problem with in-out privileges. They did a fantastic job in spite of Covid restrictions. We felt very safe there.

Older hotel with no arch view and few amenities, but it's fine as long as you know that going in! As of this post there is no food or beverage on site due to COVID. Our room had a larger mini-fridge but it didn't get very cold. Ice available. Parking is across the street for $30 if you pay Hilton, but only $21 if you pay the garage directly and don't need in-and-out privileges. Short walk to the Arch but absolutely no view of it from the hotel.

The Hilton St Louis Downtown at the Arch might have the longest name of any hotel I ever stayed at, but that's probably the only criticism I have of this place. It's cool af.nnThis hotel used to be a bank and is decked out in that Art deco architecture. The bank vaults are still there with all the bears and mechanisms on full display. The staff were all great. It's got a fantastic restaurant on site and the hotel is right downtown. There's nothing more you could ask for.

Staff are very nice. Hotel is well appointed, room is on the smaller side, but has all we need. The finishes are nice though. Beds are comfortable. Chaise lounge in the room is nice for a nap as well. Has a nice size desk and a room safe.
