Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

I always truly enjoy going to the spa. The massage choices are great. The staff he’s friendly and extremely attentive. I had a deep tissue massage with Arnica and stones. Was absolutely amazing! One of the best massage I’ve had in a long time.

Update to my previous review. The manager reached out this morning and I am very pleased with how he handled my complaints. I am happy to give this hotel a 5 star rating. Great staff, nice amenities, and wonderful food. We will return when in the area again.

This is a beautiful place to have any event at. Prices are kinda high, but, in some cases it is worth it. Great views, and a great experience.

TOP NOTCH HOTEL! We stayed here for the first time on a one-night getaway in St. Louis. I can say, without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel I’ve had the pleasure of visiting! The hotel was stunningly appointed with only the best finishes and fixtures. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the super warm outdoor pool. We will be returning to this hotel on our next St. Louis trip!

I've never been more disappointed in staying in a hotel in my life. Don't touch anything in the fridge or to make coffee. Heavy fee. Someone charged drinks to our room without verifying they were the ones staying in it, couldn't believe that happened. Plus I had belongings stolen from my vehicle while it was in valet. How could that even be a possibility? Then with no help or information with security or local police I am without my stuff. Great job Four Seasons you definitely made me never want to stay with you all again.
