USCIS St. Louis Field Office

Amazing staff , kudos to the whole Field Office members. I had an bio metrics appointment for my family in different state, however we visited St. Louis field office to check if they can allow us and process the Biometrics, USCIS filed office staff not only allowed us to the office premises but also processed our Biometrics , moreover treated us so courteously .nGod bless you all St. Louis Field Office Team !!!!!

Waited on the phone for an hour just so they could tell me to contact some other office. The person on the phone was very hard to understand and seemed as if they were annoyed. How are we supposed to get anything figured out if they arent willing to help??

The biometrics office was fantastic. Really nice people, and the process was very easy. It took less than 15 minutes to complete. They were able to help me with a question I had and overall it was a great experience.

My wife and I went there for Bio-metrics few weeks back .It was a smooth experience. They were quick and helpful. My wife was done in less than 15 minutes and I took some more time due to some corrections in my name. But over all it was pretty fast.

This office no longer takes walk-ins. I went to get my biometrics taken. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. and they were already open. The officers are very nice. Great morning attitude. Everybody was very respectful. I was there for 30 minutes total.
