The Embassy, The Chesterfield & Waterman-Clara

I have lived here for over 2 years. The best parts of this apartment complex include the location as it's walking distance from central west end and forest park. It's also great that parking is gated and not an extra fee. I've overall had a good experience here. Management has been great with responding to issues. The only con that I can think of is that the apartments are older so it may not be right for some people depending on what they are looking for. However, the apartments are reasonably priced, well managed, and in a great location in STL.

When we first moved here, we were upset with the lack of communication from the office about anything that was happening. It would also take forever to hear back from maintenance, or they would just never show up to fix our problems if it wasn't an emergency. We were getting ready to move out, but ever since the new management and Evette took over, things have changed for the better. Everything that the past management didn't fix, the current maintenance people have already fixed. Evette also makes every effort to over communicate things that are happening and makes sure everyone knows what is going on. There are also a lot of new events that are put on that gets the apartment community together so you can meet your neighbors. Now we are more willing and have already signed our lease for another year!
