I tried Prioritized Pastries with my best friend, and we’re both gluten and dairy-free. These were by far the best pastries I had ever eaten! The flavors and textures were spot-on, and I never would’ve known they were gluten and dairy-free. I would recommend them to anyone, whether they have dietary restrictions or not! Thank you all for making such amazing pastries for us highly sensitive gals with stomach issues!
PP proves that NOT ALL baked goods can be made without gluten, eggs, and milk. Their blueberry muffin lacked the flavor and consistency of a conventional blueberry muffin. In fact, I think they used dried blueberries instead of fresh or frozen ones. The brownie is a safer choice. They didn't skimp on the cacao. Customer service is great!
Alex and Kathleen are absolutely wonderful and amazing!! They serve up delicious goodies every week!! It used to be nearly impossible to find allergy friendly pastries until we found Prioritized Pastries. We can’t go a weekend without them!!
When picking up an order from these folks the other day, I saw a review that didn't feel quite accurate and made me sad. So I wanted to contribute my own! I absolutely love Prioritized Pastries. It can be difficult here in STL to find food that is not only plant based, but also allergy friendly — and Prioritized Pastries does that perfectly. Although it can be really difficult to get allergy-friendly baked goods to be similar to their conventional counterparts, I've found that Prioritized Pastries generally strikes this balance very well.nnThank you for looking out for those of us with food allergies and vegan dietary preferences!
