Wish I could give extra stars, the customer service here was phenomenal. I was in need of a new car seat after a car accident. I asked a member of the staff if they could send someone over to that department to answer my questions. The gentleman that came to assist me was very knowledgeable. He not only took the time to answer my questions, but also did an excellent job of asking me questions to better understand what I needed out of a carseat so he could help guide me to the seats that aligned with what I was looking for. After deciding on a seat, I never had to touch it. He brought it to the front of the store for me, helped apply a promotion onto my purchase (bonus!), and then loaded it into my car for me. I'd definitely return to this store.
Went in today to buy a car seat for my sisters baby shower. During check out the girl gave me a coupon which took 20% off my total. An associate named hailee loaded the car seat in my car. Great job girls!
I ordered a bedding set online that I never received.. when I asked if I could go to the store and pick one up instead they told me that wasn’t an option.. that they could refund the money to my account but would take 3-5 weeks .. I’m due in 2 weeks and a mommy on a budget needless to say buybuybaby will never get my business again ..
Great customer service.
Bought a floor model crib and had to load it without a box into our car. Connie was extremely helpful and even came out to help my husband load it up!
