I've been here a couple times over the years, shopping for my own personal use ... not to fill an office. I wanted try out the classic Herman Miller / Eames Lounge Chair ... later wanted to try the Aeron office chair. The sales associates were always patient and friendly ... and spent all the time w me I needed ... even though I'm sure they mostly work with people who are buying larger quantities. Years later I was gifted a used Aeron office chair but the arm rest was broke, needed new hardware. I called here and Lisa helped me identify & order the part I needed, cheaper than expected. She spent plenty of time w me via email. I felt like I was being treated w the same attention as a large customer, even though I was only buying a $16 dollar part. Thank you Lisa! 5 Stars!
