The service here was great. My old phone had some issues due to battery life and they helped upgrade both my phone as well as my wife's. They were also patient with the long transfer my wife's old phone required to the new phone.

Austin and Kaci helped us with a very unique problem on our phone. The phone somehow set up the phone as if we were blind. They both spent time getting this phone reset, very quickly. They knew just what to do. We were very pleased with how quickly they fixed it so we could get to our next appointment.
