If it were possible to give this store and its employees a zero that is exactly what I would give this location. After sending us to Apple for a broken speaker in iPhone. Apple replaced phone called this store with the information. Months later when we upgraded turned said phone in. This location said we did not turn in the phone. They are horrible to deal with and we are still being charged for a phone they have the replacement of. Go to another location this one is dishonest and irresponsible.
DO NOT come here! Rob- the manager straight out lied to us, opened an entirely separate account under my name, instead of the joint one we have... just to boost his sales...all of a sudden $659 is due...he lied. When called out on it he just kept saying there was a “miscommunication” and would do nothing to fix it. This is straight up fraud- we are headed to Verizon!

What an awful service. The tall young girl working there is the worst. Never again setting a foot there.
Came in to buy a Galaxy 10. Didn't have one. Two employees, and two customer. Still had to wait 20 min.. Didn't have a phone. I needed it for a business trip, so I filled out paperwork to send it to me for expected 3 day delivery. Three weeks later we called. They had canceled the order. Very underwhelming.
