We were having trouble finding a bed frame/platform or a box spring. Every where we had looked it was either outrageously expensive or it would take 7 days to get here and we just got a new mattress we would like to use! I'm so glad we found this place cause they had exactly what we needed in stock! I was able to pick up today! The smart base bed frame we got was reasonably priced and SUPER easy to transport and put together. I highly recommend this place !! Thank you!

Purchased a mattress almost 2 years ago and filed a claim. They promptly came and inspected. We were, without hassle, approved for a store credit; to which we selected a completely different mattress brand. We are now awaiting that delivery. The claim and inspection process as well as the initial purchase and reselection were all very smooth and unpressured purchases. Because of the customer service we have had we will undoubtedly return. The Bedroom Store takes care of their clients.

Very quick visit. We went in for a box spring, the attendant was very helpful. Suggested another product, that would be more durable for only a $10 difference. Was not pushy at all, like you find at some stores that want you to purchase a different product. Showed us the bonus base frame, and we were sold. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Will be returning their for any bedding needs!

Rob was amazing! He helped us find the best mattress that was in our budget and made we were getting what we were looking for. We had some concerns about buying our first mattress and made sure we were taken care of. We bought two mattresses and two bed frames from here. Rob made sure that we got the service that we were looking for and delivery of the mattresses went smoothly as well!

The salesman was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He asked us what we were looking for and based on our needs, he provided us with the options in our budget. He was thorough and gave us a great deal!
