They will do anything and everything in their power to not fix your phone. They're trash! You're better off with Verison
I called to ask about a phone repair and Chase answered all of my questions and was super friendly and willing to help me. As a former employee I felt he went above and beyond to help me with questions I had about my phone. He also utilized the tablet over the phone to tell me if I had AppleCare services which was really cool!
I like the new setup with t-mobile. I went in to get my phone screen replaced, and they told me it would take an hour and a half to complete. I came back after like 1hr 20min and it was already done. I did have to wait for a while when I first arrived, but nothing too substantial. Overall very happy. Very friendly, patient, skilled and accommodating employees here!
Boston and Jace are the only reason I come out of the way to get Amazing service Every time at the Layton store. They will do whatever it takes. We Love them.
I've been here 3 times on the past 2 weeks and they have been awesome. Since the merge, this store seems to be the only one that knows what to do. Lol. Thank you!
