Helpful and friendly
I'm not sure where these unwarranted complaints are coming from. Comcast as a service may not be the best, but this location has been decent. Even limiting customers inside the store to less than a dozen, they keep people moving and getting taken care of. Staff are friendly and helpful during the process.
Staff is very friendly, but not able to assist with account adjustments for Xfinity Mobile due to Comcast's system limitations. Instructed to call customer support. Hope I don't get dropped. Wish me luck!
Wonderful, friendly service. Gave me the best deal for my money. They were all very friendly.
Nancy was great! I was frustrated with over the phone service (or lack of answers) so I went to the local store. She was very helpful and understanding.
