Sam's club is OUTSTANDING!! This was my 2nd visit!! I also have a Costco card!! Sam's is my GO TO for everyday and Costco is for more specialty things I want as well as some EXCELLENT gifts!! You can beat Sam's for price and selection of groceries!! Their rotisserie chicken is DELICIOUS!! You gotta try the bag of cheese in the picture I posted!! Use it on pizza, lasagna, spaghetti!! Also they have tons of spices and baking supplies!!
Nice clean store. Lots of self checkouts so you don't have to wait.
This is how my order was shipped to me.( 3rd damaged box for a single order, still waiting for the rest and hoping it isn't like this) Apparently if they damage more then one box and you call back multiple times. They want the damaged items returned so I can get a replacement, wonderful! The people in store are nice but how does this even happen? Guess it doesn't matter that I'm a Plus member won't be renewing thanks for the customer service!
Self checkout option works well, clean displays and wide aisles, not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon.
Nothing to good to write about. Stood in a line with about 10 other shoppers. Only one cashier. Your attempt to force members to self check out will drive me out of your store.
Didn't know I was expected to re cart my groceries after they were scanned. Not even an offer of a box to place my items into. My wife say she prefers Cosco over Sam's for the same reasons I stated above.
The couple behind us in line expressed basically the same issues as we waited our turns to be checked out.
