I purchased a new mattress from your store. You employee a wonderful sales person named Deric who was friendly, kind, and very helpful. I had to return a few days later to add something else to my order and I specifically asked for Deric. My experience in your store was great and I credit a lot of this to Deric! Absolutely the best experience. I would highly recommend buying from them. My sales guy was very helpful and nice which was fabulous since shopping for a new bed since my husband passed away is something I had not been looking for. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Michelle at Denver Row in Springfield, Mo was fantastic to work with. She showed us several different mattresses in our preferred firmness, and she gave us all the time we needed to lay on each one to determine if we liked them or not. She never tried to pressure us into a more expensive mattress just to make a sale. She answered all our questions with an honest opinion, which we appreciated.

Thank you Deric Cicero in the Springfield Missouri location for helping us purchase a really great mattress and base. Purchased some mattress covers and 2 sets of tencell sheets too. Great customer service, great white glove delivery, especially during the pandemic. We are very satisfied with the choice we made and love the fantastic cool breeze mattress from temper pedic. We had a great experience at Denver Mattress. Our salesperson, Michelle was AMAZING, very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to find the perfect bed and pick it up the same day. Even the warehouse guy was fantastic and helped us load it into our truck. If you are needing a mattress go see Michelle!!!!!
