This was by far the most hassle-free furniture shopping experience me or my wife have had. A man named Alan helped us and he was able to answer all our questions or concerns. It was also nice that none of the employees followed us while we looked. That's kind of weird and always creeps me out. Alan let us take our time looking and was available once we were ready with questions. The price was great too. We got exactly what we were looking for and stayed within budget. That's hard to do when furniture shopping. We'll definitely keep them in mind for any future purchases for our home.

Brian was very helpful and informative about our purchase of a counter height drop leaf table and 2 bar stools. We had looked at the items online and we were very impressed with the quality. Can't wait for items to be here in 2 weeks. Sorry we didn't make you work harder Brian.

Had a wonderful experience shopping at Furniture Row. I was able to walk around without being pressured by a salesman and found everything I wanted. Don't get me wrong, there were a couple who came up and asked if we were okay but they never pressured or hassled me. When it came time to check out, I worked with Kristi and she was absolutely AMAZING! She made sure I received the best deals and was so easy to work with.

They had the best selection and Greg was a pleasure to work with. He introduced himself and allowed my family to browse without using any aggressive sales tactics. This allowed us to comfortably decide on what we wanted before discussing pricing and options. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The buying experience was good. Good selection well displayed. Sales person was knowledgeable and polite. The problem is we were willing to wait 10 or 12 weeks for delivery but in the end we waited 20 weeks. You required full payment upfront and used our money for 5 months then you offered us no compensation for our inconveniences. As it was explained to us the missed delivery date was out of your control. If that is the case, you should have told use that at the time of the sale. If you have no control or leverage on delivery you need to find a more reliable supplier.nWe have bought from you in the past with only minor problems. However we well not be considering you in the future for our furniture needs.
