Tracy is wonderful to work with! Gave us lots of info we didn’t know! I didn’t expect to find anything...was just out looking since our house has just broken ground. However, we found a couch and a couple of chairs we love and will take advantage of your in-house designer (that I didn’t know you had until Tracy told us) and send in our floor plan to ensure the furniture will fit. Again, we can’t speak highly enough of Tracy. A wealth of knowledge!

Shopping at Havertys was a great experience. We were given time to look without a salesperson standing over us but when we had questions, they were immediately available for assistance. A wonderful shopping experience!

Great service, so appreciated Mary taking the time to tell us about some of the custom design options available as we were only looking and sit testing couches. I was looking for a specific style and feel and flexible with the fabric. Found my custom couch with features and look I wanted

After looking at all of the furniture stores in Springfield for new living room furniture. I came back to Havertys' because of Roberta. She had solid answers to my many questions. She was personable and caring yet gave me time to look and think while I was making my choices. She had helpful suggestions that led to my final decisions. This was because she had listened to me the whole time that she was interacting with me. I will come back to Havertys' next time I need new furniture.

We were looking to purchase a recliner with heat and massage. We had been to several stores prior to Haverty's. We met Emily Price near the front entrance area. She was very pleasant in her greeting. We told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly what she had in stock and where to take us to view them. She was very professional and straight forward in the transaction and took us to customer service to make the payment. Because of our experience there that day, we will return again for any future furniture purchases.
