I went to Pocomoke Verizon on March 20.2021. The representative Melanie helped me immensely, even after I left she called and continued to assist me. I was so beyond words that a representative would go to that level of helping me. I’ve never had this experience before.. Went to the store to get my husband a new phone to pair with his hearing aids. Kip was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back to see him when it’s time for my new phone.
