I returned a call about a job interview and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude when I tried to inquire about the hourly pay rate for associates. She became very dismissive towards me because of my question, I did say I was looking for a pay match at the very least. I understood that it is preferred to do an interview first which I was still willing to come in and do to see if I was a good fit for the position but Ashley barely let me get a word in and proceeded to tell me not to bother and hung up on me. I do not find this type of behavior to be mature or appropriate and the whole phone call could have been addressed in a better way than it did. If anyone else is considering applying for their sales associate position I would think twice before sending in an application or returning phone calls.

The massage was wonderful, though there were a few issues that reduced the experience. I did the paperwork online before arriving, and was more than 20 minutes early. However, the massage started late, though it ended on time, so I lost 5 minutes of a 50 minute massage. The registration required me to confirm the appointment 3 times (once through email and twice through text), which I did every time, but that seems excessive. Registration also required me to fill out a form stating I was having a non-eventful pregnancy, even though I'm male, so that needs improved to be marked as optional or even better, eliminated entirely for males.

I have had membership for several years now. I have consistent high caliber service. My masseuse is extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. I have several muscle issues that Alvin pays careful attention to. I think the value is incredible. The membership is the best option.

I am fairly new to massage, and Luke put me right at ease with his confident and professional manner. After asking questions to understand my goals for being there, he proceeded to give me an excellent and relaxing massage with great pressure. He kept checking in with me to be sure the pressure was right and that I was enjoying the experience. I particularly enjoyed the hot stones, my first time getting those. I would definitely use him again, he did a great job, and the overall atmosphere of the spa itself was warm and relaxing.

Hi, My Name is Rosemarie and I was refer to Hands and Stones (Columbia, MD) by a friend close to a year ago, I love every single person I had massage me, so far I had Alvin, Jose, Tori and for Facial I use Lauren, happy with everyone. Always had great customer service from the from desk, Ashley (Manager) very happy and professional always. Hope to have this membership for as long as I can.
