Ty Dawson at the Layton store is the best! He's straight forward and cares about you getting quality furniture. He has told me many times not to get something, because it's so poorly made. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. I will always go back to him. You can easily find similar furniture at other stores, but the sales people and competitive pricing is what keeps people coming back.

What a great experience getting our furniture at RCWilley. Great people, Mandy you were amazing. Helping us to put together a great living room from separate pieces AND from other locations. Dirk your knowledge of the dining room table and chairs - their quality and craftsmanship. We knew they were the right choice for us. You were so patient and helpful. I would recommend shopping at the super clean store as well. We saw people all around us cleaning and keeping everyone safe. Loved it!

The salesman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly found the item I wanted and arranged for it to be at the store the following day so we could pick it up. He even found an additional discount I wasn't aware of which reduced our price even more. It was such an easy purchase and went very smoothly.

I purchased an entertainment center console from them on Saturday from the clearance section. It was listed for $650, and did not have any defects listed, nor did it appear to have any visible. Upon the loading crew putting onto my trailer, I noticed that it had a corner damaged as if it was run into a door. The crew made no mention of it, and it was not damaged when we made our purchase. When I went in and asked customer service about it, they offered $75 off, but no more. Luckily our saleswoman talked with her manager and was able to get us a $150 discount which made me feel a bit better, as I felt that I could repair the damages. The real issue was discovered when I got home and unloaded it into my living room. When placed on the floor, it had a substantial forward lean to it. To my astonishment, the leveling feet on the forward base had been completely destroyed, as well as the supporting blocks for the rear trim, almost as if it had slid off of a cart while moving quickly. It was quite apparent that once the furniture was purchased there was no care given when wrapping it and moving it out for pick up. I had to spend quite some time building new bases for it and repairing the damages as best as I could. This was completely unacceptable considering even with the discount it cost me $400.
