Alicia Mullins, Office Manager was superb!!! Very professional yet amazingly personable. Alicia explained the financial options and processes. We ran into an electronic glitch and Alicia’s expertise came right in handy. She had answers for every question and resolutions to issues. She ran the front desk area like a fine tuned engine. When co-staff approached abruptly with inquiries she never stopped handling her obligation to me as a customer. Buying furniture can be like purchasing a car...very time consuming; however, Alicia sped my visit by being so knowledgeable.nnGerard Collins ensured I was in good hands navigating through their showroom. I had to reselect items, as the items previously selected were unavailable until May. I thought it would it would be time consuming to reselect and get the furniture delivered...I stood corrected. I have my furniture and very pleased with it. I would recommend visiting the store opposed to shopping online. Better deals and service.
Marcella was a great saleswoman. Wonderful. Very patient and helpful. Would recommend her to anyone. Also the Gerard the GM was helpful as well. Would come back to the same place again. WOULD NOT SHOP AT THE ALEXANDRIA LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
My wife and I visited the store a couple days ago and had a great experience picking out furniture. We were greeted with kindness from Nina. Josh and Gerard were very helpful in getting us a great deal. Definitely would recommend.
William helped me and my wife search the store and was consistently available; he would help other customers, but would constantly check back with us to see if we needed anything. He was very welcoming and courteous while showing us the inventory. In addition, Lauren was the young lady that checked us out and she did a great job on ringing up our order and setting a delivery date. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for furniture.
Thomas was our associate today and was really fantastic. Made us feel comfortable and not pushed to make any decisions—I recommend working with him! The whole team was great and got us better discounts than expected! Really happy with our overall experience. 100% would return in the future!
