I absolutely love the Z Gallerie located in the Columbia mall. The store is gorgeous! I just wish i could buy everything. Each time i visit I’m met with such awesome customer service. The store manager Latasha always goes above and beyond to answer any questions and to help me with my purchases. She’s one of the main reasons i keep coming back! Everyone do yourself a favor and head over to Z gallerie and ask for Latasha you won’t be disappointed!!!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with z gallerie in Columbia mall. The store had a beautiful presentation. Monique was very detailed oriented and she went above and beyond during my shopping experience. I frequently shop at z gallerie but I can say for the very first time I received a wonderful shopping experience at this location. Ever since COVID, it seems that customer services lacks due to social distancing however Monique went above and beyond. Thank you and I will be returning ud83eudd0e

I have been searching for a Nook and Dining Table for over a year. While shopping at Z Gallery at Columbia Mall, I met a young sales manager name Allahna. She was quiet pleasant, soft spoken and very attentive to my questions. She assisted me in finding the perfect Nook and Dining Table. Although the items were a perfect fit, the price was out of my range at the time. However, Allahna assured me that due to the upcoming Spring Season, the items will most likely go on sale. A few weeks later, I received notice that Z Gallery was having a sale! I immediately came to the store and found Allahna, as always smiling! She assisted me once again and I purchased both items! I purchase small knit knacks or clearance pieces. I mainly go to get ideas. I find alot of similar pieces at homegoods, tjmaxx etc.
