My family and I had a wonderful experience with Tiffany at the Lovesac Columbia store. She listen to our wants and needs then showed us all the flexibility their couches had to offer. It was pleasant to be in there with a toddler too and at no time did we feel rushed. Great purchase, great product, great people.
We originally bought 5 sides/4seats and discussed getting the storage seat but decided against it. Nearly 2 months later we had decided to exchange 1 of the seats for a storage seat. Georgia and Tiffany could not have been more helpful! We had a bad delivery experience by FedEx and they offered to receive the exchange so we could pick it up in store. Our experience with the Locesac store in Columbia, MD was perfect! We are so happy with our sofa!

Love the staff here. Very informative and helpful. Wish I would've stopped by a lovsac store first to see how the furniture works before we bought our set. It is definitely worth the money for the durability, build quality and customized layout you can get with this furniture.
The whole staff was ver friendly and helpful! Brittney in particular helped us out and was so nice and answered all of our questions! Their Covid precautions were also amazing!!
