Vegan Soul didn’t disappoint AT ALL! I’m addicted to the cookies! I received fresh tasty cookies without any issue. The owner was very professional and communicated all shipping information! Amazing food and great customer service, even through a pandemic they provide excellent service.
Oh my goodness! Let me start by saying I am not a vegetarian at all, just decided to try something different and I'm glad I did. From the customer service, to timely delivery and the food was amazing! I ordered lasagna and it was delicious and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. The cinnamon rolls were so good as well.nWe will definitely be ordering again,ngreat portion sizes for my money.
Not only do they use the best and fresh vegan ingredients. They have the best customer service! I had a pick up time at 4 got stuck in DC traffic. I wouldn’t make until closing so they work with me to get my order that night! And the sweet potato pie was fresh and amazing!
I just received my 4th shipment from Vegan Soul Bakery and I must say that they are amazing. The first order was 2 dozen cookies, second order was a carrot cake and sweet potato pie (OMG AMAZING!!!) , 3rd order was a lasagna and another sweet potato pie, and this last order was a birthday cake for my sister. This small business definitely goes above and beyond to help clients. Even with one of my orders being lost by USPS during the holidays the owner made sure I got it. I am a life time customer because I suffer from an egg allergy and it's hard to find great vegan food in my area. Ignore the negative reviews. Apparently some people don't care that small businesses are just doing what they can.
Rip Off - sorry to say this is a horrible place. I placed an order in December of 2020, the order was shipped incorrectly, the food was spoiled and the Chef promised in writing a full refund of $100+. Fast forward to April and a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and the Chef and company have disappeared and have not responded to any emails in months. So disappointing. As a vegan for 20+ years I was excited to discover this place but all I can do is warn you that it is a rip off.
