Superior customer service. Took my 10 year old in to get help fixing his desktop. He had tried to install a graphics card on his own then couldn't get it to power on. Joe quickly came to the rescue and got it powered up again. Then he didn't even charged us a dime. I will definitely be back for all my computer needs.
I've been using Prime Systems for components, monitors, etc for... 20+ years now, give or take, as I've moved in and out of Utah. They've always had great, informed techs who offer excellent service. They are the kind who know exactly the motherboard series, socket, compatible components, and so on, just from a general mention of a series short hand. I've never had a bad experience with them.
Recently, a friend new to system building brought her daughter, who is interested in building her first machine at 8 yrs old. The techs let her see the backroom full of systems they were building, repairing, etc. She loved it! Not many places would readily let you "see how the sausage is made", if you will. But they saw her interest and let her see into the Wonderland of computer hardware!
