I really enjoy this salon. I always feel like I’m getting safe, hygienic, quality service and I love my nails 99.9% of the time. I give them 4 stars because they consistently seem to *indiscriminately* charge extra for services. To add a nail extension tip is a charge (understandably), to have your nails cut down is a charge, to change the shape is a charge BUT also…if you don’t get them cut down or shaped to a more manageable length/shape you get charged for that too. I was told at my visit today that I was charged $10 more than the $45 price because of the length and shape of my nails (I did not change shape or have them cut). The last time I had my nails cut down and changed the shape and was charged $5 for each of those services. Very confusing. So, if you plan to patronize this salon, just expect that. I’m learning to ask every step of the way how much things will be. Unfortunately you can’t just go by the prices listed.

First time there. Ladies were awesome! Shy fixed my problem nails! My nails look beautiful. Enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back!

I will never go here again. I made an appointment for a simple soak off. An hour later, I am still waiting here to be seen. What is the purpose of making an appointment if I will not be seen even relatively close to the time that I scheduled? Two people that had appointments 30 minutes after me were taken before me. Absolutely horrible. This business needs to do better.

I’ve been a customer here for awhile. I’ve never had any issues until today. I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait about 20 min in between my mani and pedi. When my dip mani was finally started, I felt like it was being rushed (residue not cleaned from my nails). At the time they were busy and had people waiting. When I mentioned it to Max (mind you this is the manager), he got very unprofessional. He essentially told me it was rude to make that statement regarding my opinion. Then stated he wouldn’t finish my nails nor would he allow anyone else to finish them. All in all, poor customer service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! I went to get a pedicure, new full set, and eyebrow wax! I received a mediocre pedicure, and a terrible full set. The shape, length and quality was awful. The owner I assume, offered to fix my nails. What I asked for and what I received was the complete opposite, I’m not one to leave negative reviews. But, the fact that I spent time at a salon for an awful service just to come back the following day to have them fix my nails and they were not fixed! Now, I have to go to another salon just to pay more money to get my nails fixed and receive the service I originally asked for is ridiculous. I am in the service industry and I would never allow a guest/customer to leave unhappy. This place is a complete joke! I wouldn’t spend another dime there!
