The staff were so nice and respectful. The massage was amazing, me and my girlfriend enjoyed it very much. They really helped me with my lower back and neck pain the same with my girlfriend. It was very relaxing, we are definitely coming back.

I was referred to Spa Central, as I am 8 days post op from having Lipo 360. I was feeling a tremendous amount of pain and needed fast relief. Because I so swollen, it was hard for me to stand up straight. I got a same day appointment with Janine and I must say, I was beyond pleased. She knew exactly what to do to relax my pressure points. I enjoyed it so much, I left with booking a package of 10 massages.

I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough! I wish I could choose 10! I was introduced to this spa at a very painful time during my surgery recovery and it literally changed my life! The professionalism is top notch! They know their stuff! The flexibility is even better! With so much pain at times I couldn’t make it but was able to have accommodations made so that I could still have my lymphatic massages to help during my recovery, which were mandatory might I add! Had it not been for Janine, and Spa Central I don’t think I could’ve made It day to day in all the pain I was having. I’d walk into Spa Central limping, sore, stiff and uncomfortable but I’d leave out, walking, extremely comfortable, PAIN FREE and feeling like a brand new person! For me, Spa Central will be remembered as the place who played an intricate and NECESSARY part of my life changing surgery and helped me heal and recover at my best! I’d recommend them to ANYONE, facing any kind of discomfort, healing from a surgery or simply wanting to treat themselves to a moment of pure relaxation and comfort! I love Spa Central if I haven’t already made that clear enough! Lol!!

I've had to Thai Massages from Janine at Spa Central and both have been amazing. Today after I went in I worked out and my low back, which has been bothering me for a week, didn't even so much as twinge. She has a good touch and makes everything feel comfortable. I will definitely be back for more massage.

Janine Flemming is wonderfully adept at giving Thai Massage! The Thai massage experience was a new one for me and I highly recommend Janine as a practitioner of this wonderful modality. I very much enjoyed the depth of pressure and degree of stretching that Janine provided me. I felt quite relaxed afterward my session yet energized for days to come. Could it be the Thai Massage experience that unlocked a reserve of energy in me? I look forward to continued work with Janine's Thai Massage!
