MiY home was a great company to work with. Although I live in Idaho and MiY is in Baltimore, I connected with them through my online searching because they seemed to have a specific media cabinet in stock that few others had, and they had good reviews. It was indeed in stock and Michael, one of the owners, was quick to answer my questions and provided incredibly personalized service throughout the purchasing and shipping process. The delivery process was also smooth in terms of communication and professionalism. While the delivery people had to adjust a few things after they put the piece together, they did so with grace and patience. It's stressful to buy a piece of furniture online, but working with MiY home was a great experience. I will definitely work with this company again.

We are highly impressed with our experience with MiY. We purchased a tv media console from MiY after searching for the best prices online. Michael reached out to me via email promptly after placing the order and kept me updated on the status along the way. The beautiful console was delivered to our home in Frederick, MD within 10 days of being purchased! With the reasonably-priced white glove delivery service, the furniture was assembled and the box was taken away - talk about going above and beyond! We're happy to support this small Maryland business and will be sure to keep MiY in mind for all of our future furniture needs. Thank you!

Our experience working with Michael & Seth has been wonderful.nnWhat started as a simple order (one lovely BDI media cabinet) turned into us adding on an additional cabinet when our room needs changed.nnMichael & Seth were flexible, helpful, and communicative and took the lead in helping us come up with the best solution after we were all thrown a curveball when the shop drawing from the manufacturer didn't match the actual cabinet we received.nnNone of this felt stressful--we knew we'd get the right solution and felt supported in a way that we wouldn't from a non-boutique retailer. Michael & Seth truly care about their customers and what they're trying to accomplish and I looked forward to our daily emails and updates along the way.nnWhenever we need something new for the house, we're going to always look here first and we've referred friends to do the same. I can't wait until I can visit their actual shop in person, as we have only handled our purchases online so far.

Bought a media cabinet online and couldn’t be happier. The owner, Michael, reached out to me via text promptly after placing my order to confirm he got it and kept me updated on the status of it after that. Shipping was free, but he upgraded me to white glove service at no charge. The guys brought it into the house and assembled the item quickly and carefully. Highly recommend MiY Home for your higher end furniture needs in Baltimore!
