My designer recommended that I work with Cami, and she was great! She met us early in the store, took her time and helped place an order for multiple pieces of furniture for our new home. She was always quick to respond, and more importantly, we are so happy with the items we purchased. I also ordered furniture from another store, and I so wish I had just gone to see Cami instead, because the lead-time and customer service was awful in comparison. I liked that if I had a question I could talk to her directly rather than calling and 800 number and talking to someone different every time.

I walked into this store looking to buy bedroom furniture. I was the only customer in the store and browsed around the store for a few minutes and no salesperson ever spoke to me. Another couple came in and was immediately greeted by a saleswoman. There were a total of three employees in the store, I walked by all of them and NO ONE acknowledged me, except when I asked them a question about their delivery time on my way out of the door. Needless to say, I am of a certain race, and the couple that recieved service was not of the same race that I am. If you don't have the decency to acknowledge me, then you obviously don't need my money. Arhaus, please do a better job with your hiring process and don't hire people who are discriminating. It's not good for business.

My wife and I started purchasing from Arhaus about 8 years ago. When we walk in the store we are always politely greeted and receive some of the best customer service you can get nowadays. While all the employees are great I must give a big thank you to Cami and Naja. They know our style and taste and just provide us with exactly what we are looking for. Check them out!
