We purchased a couch set that was to delivered with part of it on one day shortly after our purchase and the rest was unfortunately a few weeks later on July 15th. We really liked the set so we accepted that we would have to wait. The first delivery arrived and the delivery reps gave us grief over carrying it inside our front door. We didn't pay for the set up package, but it clearly stated they would carry it through the first door, but would be unable to carry it to the room you wanted it. We were okay with that. We have a giant entryway that combines with our living room where we would set it up. However, they were lazy and didn't want to carry it up our front steps and wanted to put it in our garage instead. It was frustrating having to negotiate with them to get them to uphold their end of the bargain. We were okay with the first door and when we had made the purchase had clarified what that meant with the salesman. Too bad the delivery team wasn't on the same page. Also now the 2nd set of our couches is still MIA. It is now the end of August and we have only pieces of our sectional. We have been making do this whole time and have not been fairly treated or communicated with despite their lack of delivery. Even right now, I can't reach anyone by phone to speak regarding the issue. Permanent hold that finally cuts you off after 15 minutes and simply sends you to voicemail. The really sad part is that we bought a bedroom set just prior to this and loved it. I came back because the first experience was great. Loved the product, purchase, had paid for set up and delivery and everything went smoothly. ***updates 8/30/20 They told us we would have some additional parts of our order delivered this weekend... they never showed nor called. When we called them they said they never were scheduled to even deliver. I have spoken with other people who have ordered with them, they have also not received their orders. THEY HAVE STOPPED PRODUCTION SO YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I wish they wouldn't have lied to us and said it was delayed. It is non existent.

Whatever you find here, take 5 minutes to Google and find the exact same furniture for 40-50% cheaper than Ashley's "sale" prices. I was here Saturday 8/29 and found a couch I liked. Manager's special so no 40%, but was $1,899. Come back today and it's $2,299. Ok, sure, prices increase, but the "List Price" also increased. What a scam. Asked one of the employees about it and he was confused. Asked him if he could match an online authorized dealer (at $1,249) and he replies "well their prices are cheap because Ashley gives them the factory seconds and the furniture that doesn't meet our quality standards. I'm sure the AUTHORIZED DEALERS would love to hear how they're getting factory seconds. Except they aren't, but their stock comes from the same warehouses your stock comes from. Stay far away. Treat the store as a show room and order what you like online and save thousands.

Ordered furniture and was told it would be just 3 weeks. (Stock is limited that's fine) We have to call and ask every month just to the hear that it's a month further down the road. We have been waiting about 5 months, now... I feel like they're just getting us to wait without any idea of what's going on. They seemed great at first, super nice, but they just keep kicking the date further back without contacting us. Delays happen, but they have been a nightmare to deal with. It is feeling like the entire year will pass for a huge piece of our furniture. You can make your own judgment, but I will never be shopping here again. If you're reading this, I'm probably still waiting on my order. I'll give an update when I get it. No update, then I'm still in this Twilight Zone episode. Edit: I just got my couch, thankfully. It's an awesome couch, and the store handled it nicely in-person. (The staff is very sweet) The general Ashley number, to their general call center, is literally the worst customer service ever. They've hung up on me when they couldn't find information, they kept providing inaccurate information (they said the order can't be completed when the store said it could be), and they were generally super rude. I will give call centers a break, their job is hard, but this call center didn't give a single care about my case.

We have always loved going into Ashley’s to buy new furniture. Literally ever trip we go in with a certain budget and always come out on top with more than what we had hoped for! Great quality for a good price.
