The guy working the paint station on Wednesday was amazing. Super nice and very knowledgeable. Got what I need quickly. The cashier was friendly too. Would be nice if all the employees wore their masks properly but still a good experience.

I'd choose this Lowe's over any other Lowe's around! There's a kid working there named Cinco who happens to be my son! He's a full time college student and a part time Lawn and garden worker at Lowe's. If you happen to see him, introduce yourself to him. He's a great kid! Lowe's is lucky to have him!

I entered this store and was met with a wonderful selection of nicely organized home improvement supplies. I placed the items in my cart and went to the checkout, and noticed that there is one line that only had a couple people in it, so I entered it thinking it will be quick. I looked up ahead and notice that one person had just finished check out. As they talked, their spit landed on the plastic partition in front of them. The cashier proceeded to take a dirty rag and wipe it on the spit, then wipe it on the credit card reader (that I have to touch with my finger) to "clean it". Without some heavy duty disinfectant on the wipes (which who knows if the clerk's are actually using it), this process does nothing but take people's face spit and put it right where you need to touch. Well, the next person went to the check out, and I was second in line. I was able to see the screen of the computer system the clerk was using. I was impressed that a computer system from 1871 was still operable. The clerk began entering the items into the computer system with the use of an abacus for counting. I started to get hungry. Several hours passed. I called an Uber eats driver and he was able to deliver a meal to me. The cashier was still using his abacus to input data into the computer manufactured in 1871. Then, the cashier entered an item that had the option to buy a warranty. The computer had a nuclear meltdown. The cashier began using smoke signals to call for a manager. Several days passed. I began to suffer from dehydration, so I picked a drink out of the cooler next to me, only to realize that I had not yet paid for it. I held the cold drink in my hand which was beckoning to me, thinking "finally, it can't be much longer till I'm at the front of the line". A manager finally arrived and began to figure out the extended warranty issue. I ordered a chair from Amazon because my legs were tired. The chair was next day shipped to me, and Amazon was able to deliver it to me so I could use it while waiting in line. I sat comfortably on my chair, still second in line. The manager was able to figure out the warranty issue (yes/no) that the computer was having difficulty with. The checkout process was complete! I was now being helped! Luckily, I did not buy anything with the option to get a warranty, so the computer did not crash. It only took them about 45 minutes to check out my three home improvement items and drink (which was now warm). In all seriousness, this store has a 5/5 selection, and consistently without fail has a 0/5 check out process. I have never had a good experience checking out here.
